Have at minimum of 3 years of experience in brand strategy. Channel-agnostic, you are able to apply your approach to various Brand, Culture, and Product strategy challenges creatively. You can rally the troops with your words and command the room with the client. With some leadership qualities, you are charismatic, personable, crazy curious about others and deeply passionate about building relationships. A believer of storytelling, you flawlessly express your point of view through writing and presentation. You're a blue sky thinker whose ideas are always anchored to business realities.

An independent strategy and design practice helping organizations explore, learn and grow. They are solution-agnostic thinkers, designers and builders. Their work is grounded in empathy and they begin by understanding the realities and ambitions of the participants in each interaction, and design and build solutions based on this understanding. They create interactions that stimulate meaningful conversations, behaviors, relationships and memories. In this way, they solve challenges and unlock opportunities for clients and communities. They are looking for a Strategist to join their team and partner with internal and client teams in the service of solving briefs tactically, creatively and empathically. Additionally, the individual in this role would need to positively contribute to making the agency's culture an envy of the industry; where great people with great vibes make great work, every day. This role reports directly into the Strategy Director.
